Register for the 2026 Phoenix Assemblage

To register for the Assemblage (or to register your guest) you must be a FANA member. To join FANA, please go to the Membership page and follow the instructions there. Then return to this Assemblage Registration page. Complete this form, then click the “Submit” button. Your Registration information will go to the Assemblage Registrar and you will be taken to the PayPal payments page (Paypal account not required).

*Daily registrations are available for Members as well as their guests, at a cost of $160 per day. Members must register for their guests (guests cannot register themselves).

* REGISTRATION deadline is OCTOBER 21, 2026. Fee will increase by $50 after October 21st. If you prefer to register by MAIL, please print and mail this PDF form along with your payment.
